วันนี้ผมขอแนะนำ Screw Tighting ครับ เป็นตัวขันสกรูไฟฟ้า แบบอัตโนมัติ ที่สามารถตั้งค่าแรงบิตได้ ซึ่งจะเป็นส่วนที่ช่วยให้เราทำงานได้ง่ายขึ้นโดยปล่อยให้การขันสกรูเป็น เรื่องของ Technart ครับ เราเคยเห็นงานขันสกรู ประกอบงานเป็นจำนวนมาก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า หรือ ชิ้นส่วนหรือ ส่วนประกอบของงาน เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า ต่าง ๆ PCB หรือ Flex รวมไปถึง Hard Disk Drive
โดยปรกติแล้ว การขันสกรูนั้น สิ่งที่ต้องคำนึงถึงก็คือ แรงบิต (Tourqe) นั่งเองครับ เพราะถ้าเราขันแรงไป ก็จะทำให้ชิ้นงานเสียหายได้ หรือ ถ้าขันเบาไป ก็จะทำให้งานเรา ไม่สามารถประกอบติดกันได้ด้วยการขันสกรูครับ โดยปรกติ ก็จะมีการขันสกรูชนิดแบบใช้ ลม หรือ ไฟฟ้า แต่ควบคุมแรงบิตด้วย Mechanical ครับ ตั้งไว้ให้มัน Free ตอนที่ได้ค่า แรงบิตพอดี ก็จะทำให้ควบคุม Tourqe ได้เหมืนกัน ครับ แต่ในงานที่ประกอบ ละเอียดขึ้น ก็ต้องมีการเก็บค่า หรือการ ปรับโปรแกรมการขัน รวมถึง การขัน แบบ Close Loop Control และมีความละเอียดในการขันมากขึ้น เรื่องของการขันพร้อมกันหลาย ๆ หัว และต้องเสร็จพร้อม ๆ กันเพื่อให้รักษาการดึงตัวของชิ้นงาน (Synchronize) หรือผลกระทบที่เกิดจากการกดของสกรูเอง ซึ่งวันนี้ขอแนะนำเพื่อนสมาชิก อีกหนึ่ง ยี่ห้อที่ได้รับความนิยมใช้งานกันในอุตสาหกรรม ครับ
